Off Season Rates
We do not run a specific program in the off season; guests enjoy the ranch facilities at their leisure. We have five price options for accommodations: The Ranch House, Bunk House, Homestead, three cabins and our RV Sites. The rate includes lodging, three meals a day, hot springs swimming pool (86 degrees Fahrenheit / 30 degrees Celsius), hot springs soaking tub (up to 105 degrees Fahrenheit / 40.5 degrees Celsius), hiking trails, recreation barn and other ranch amenities. Horseback riding is additional at the rate of $30 an hour per person. Check in time is 3.00 p.m. and check out is at noon. We now offer a 5% discount to repeat guests, our military, and guests 65 and over. Groups of 20 or more will receive a 10% discount. We have a 1% statewide lodging tax. All our buildings and rooms are non-smoking. Coin-operated washers and dryers, pop machine, and ice machine are available for guest use. We have a liquor license and feature a selection of beer, mixed drinks and wine by the bottle. There is no daily maid service but we will be happy to tidy-up your room if requested.
* Double Occupancy is the price per adult when two or more stay in the same accommodation. All prices are per person.
* Children under 2 are free.

The historic log Ranch House built in 1864 is the center of the ranch activities. Central air conditioning makes this building very comfortable in the summer. It has eight cozy guestrooms upstairs. Six of the rooms have a queen bed and the other two rooms each have two twin beds. Three bathrooms are down the hall, with a shower / tub, sink, and toilet in each.

Bunk House
The Bunk House was built in 1892. Located 100 feet / 30.5 meters from the Ranch House, it contains four private individual rooms. Three of the rooms have a queen bed, two twin beds and bathroom with a shower, great for a family of up to four. One room with a queen bed, four twin beds, and bathroom with a shower / tub, sleeps a family of up to six members.

Homestead Cabin
| The Homestead is a 1,800 sq. ft. house located about 500 feet / 152 meters from the Ranch House near the recreation barn. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and family room. The rates listed below include dining in the Ranch House for all three meals. This is the only acommodation with cooking facilities. If you choose to do your own cooking, we will deduct the meal price listed below. Adult: Breakfast - $10 / person, Lunch - $15 / person, Dinner - $30 / person Child: Breakfast - $5 / child, Lunch - $7 / child, Dinner - $10 / child

Stage Coach Cabin, Wild Horse Cabin and Bear Creek Cabin
The Stage Coach Cabin is located at the base of the stagecoach trail about 250 feet / 76 meters from the Ranch House. It has a queen bed, sitting area with a couch, table and chair, small kitchen with sink, refrigerator and coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower / tub.

The Wild Horse Cabin is located along a small creek about 250 feet / 76 meters from the Ranch House. There is a sitting area with a couch, sink, small refrigerator and coffee maker. A queen bed is in one bedroom and three twin beds are in the rear bedroom. The bathroom has a shower / tub. |  |
The Bear Creek Cabin is located near our stocked fishing pond about 500 feet / 152 meters from the Ranch House. It has two twin beds in the front bedroom, a queen bed in the center, and a queen bed in the rear bedroom. The sitting area has a couch, table and chair, sink, a small refrigerator and coffee maker. RV Sites
| The RV Sites are located by the pond. We can hold 4 RV's of any size. We have 50 and 20 Amp hookups available. Sorry no sewer or water. If you choose to do your own cooking, we will deduct the meal price listed below.
