Meetings, Retreats, and Reunions
The Bar M is a great place to hold business or group meetings, retreats,or family reunions. The peace, quiet and lack of cell phone service helps make for a uninterrupted, creative and productive sessions. There is access to fax, copier, wireless satellite internet for your laptop, and phone (long distance with calling card only). The grounds are a beautiful setting for summer outdoor meetings and receptions. The fireplace room works well for smaller, intimate meetings in the fall and winter. Meals can be provided. Rates below are for groups under 100 people, for larger weddings or events see the Wedding Facility Rental Rates page.

Ranch House Fireplace Room: 800 sq feet - Fireplace, 3 couches, chairs; seats 15 - 20 people - $30 per hour
Ranch House Game Room: 560 sq feet - Tables, folding chairs; seats 25 - 30 people - $20 per hour
Both rooms: $40 per hour
Ranch House and surrounding grounds: $80 per hour
Recreation Barn: Main Floor - 3,081 sq feet / Balcony - 780 sq feet - $50 per hour
COME UP FOR THE DAY: We are able to offer meals, swimming and massage depending on our guest occupancy. By reservation only. Call to check our schedule.
- Breakfast - $10 per person, Lunch - $15 per person, Dinner - $30 per person
- Children ages 2 - 12: Breakfast - $5 per child, Lunch - $7 per child, Dinner - $10 per child
