PARENTS... WHAT TO EXPECT

Your camper will enjoy the Historic Bar M Ranch through the eyes of a child!  From walking down, the beautifully

 

remodeled historic Stagecoach trail to swimming in the Hot Springs Pool, they will enjoy adventure after adventure. 

 

Bible Studies and Cabin Time Devotionals will help them to draw closer to Jesus, as well as Rocking Out to amazing

 

Worship in the Barn.

Arrival at 3pm on Monday - Camp Ends @ 12pm on Thursday

$235 per camper  - Payment Due in Full at Registration

Price Includes: Lodging, Meals, Camp T-Shirt, Camp Souvenir (water bottle!)

Activities, Lights out

MEALS

Meals will be served in the Historic Bar M Ranch House, built in 1864. 

 

Monday Dinner till Thursday Sack Lunch

 

Our nourishing and creative meals are served family-style with counselors seated with their groups. 

 

The kitchen staff works hard to provide well-balanced meals each day for the campers.

HOUSING & GROUP

Campers will enjoy sleeping in one of the Ranch cabins or in the Stagecoach built in 1892. 

 

Campers will be grouped according to age and will be paired with 2 same gender counselors.  These counselors will

 

be with the group always.

COUNSELORS

Our counselors possess a special combination of talents and serve as role models for the campers.

 

They are carefully chosen for their leadership skills, expertise, personal characteristics and love of children.

 

All staff members are devoted to the ideals and high standards of Bar M Ranch to ensure the campers have a

 

truly happy and safe camping experience.

 

The ratio of counselor to camper will be 2 counselors for every 12 campers.

 

Note: We will have 2 counselors in each group!!!

FREE TIME ACTIVITIES

Basketball, Canoeing & Kayaking, Field Games, Fishing in the Bar M Pond, Frisbee golf,

 

Inner-Tubing down the Umatilla River, Mud-Pit, Swimming, Volleyball

NIGHTTIME ACTIVITIES: Pool Parties, Campfire Programs, Capture the Flag

HOT SPRINGS POOL:  Kids will enjoy time in the Hot Springs Pool.  The temperature of the pool is 86 degrees. 

 

There will be a lifeguard on duty at the pool always.  A swim test will be required by the lifeguard before campers

 

are allowed in the pool.  Campers who do not pass the swim test will be required to stay in the shallow end of the

 

pool.

HEALTH & SAFTEY

The health and safety of each camper is of utmost importance to the directors and counselors. Every safety and

 

health precaution is taken to protect campers from sickness or accident. A certified nurse or person trained in first

 

aid is on duty always. The camp complies with all local and state health and safety requirements.

CAMP MAIL

On Tuesday and Wednesday after Dinner, Campers will receive Mail!  Information for mail delivery will arrive after

 

registration!
